TERMS OF USE
Last updated: 04/05/2023
This is an agreement between you and A24Z LTD for virtual private network (VPN) communication services, including related services and features provided through VPN Grass. This service is NOT intended for illegal activities. It is a privacy and anonymity service. By using this service, you agree not to violate the laws of any jurisdiction from which you are originating or to which you are terminating.
Please carefully review all terms and conditions for VPN Grass. By clicking to install or use VPN Grass applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with the terms, you must cancel the installation and remove all copies of VPN Grass applications from your possession.
You agree not to use the service for sending spam, port scanning, scanning for open proxies or relays, sending unsolicited emails (even opt-in emails), or any large-scale email distribution, even if routed through another server. You also agree not to launch pop-ups using our service and not to attack any computer or network while using VPN Grass.
Actual service coverage, speed, locations, and quality may vary. We strive to keep the service available at all times, except for periods of maintenance or repair. However, the service may be interrupted or unavailable for reasons beyond our control, such as emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission issues, equipment or network problems, interference, or signal strength issues. We are not responsible for data, messages, or web pages that are lost, delayed, or misdirected due to interruptions or performance issues with the service or networks (e.g., internet lines). We may impose usage limits, suspend the service, or block certain activities at our sole discretion to protect users and the service. Network speed is estimated and not a guarantee of the actual speed at which data is transmitted. Actual speed depends on configuration, network congestion, and other factors. Accuracy and timeliness of received data are not guaranteed, and delays or omissions may occur.
Hacking, cracking, distributing viruses, fraud, network sabotage, phishing, or any other illegal or unwanted behavior will result in suspension or termination of access. Users are responsible for configuring their services securely and for any damages caused by vulnerabilities or negligence, whether intentional or unintentional.
We do not impose limits on bandwidth or data usage for individual users, but the service is subject to fair usage policies. Creating automated or manual VPN sessions in a way that mimics bots or imposes excessive load on the network, disrupting other users, or consuming excessive bandwidth beyond what is reasonable over an extended period is considered unfair usage. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate users involved in unfair usage of the service.
VPN Grass DMCA Policy
VPN Grass is a service provider of transitory digital network communications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) 17 U.S.C. § 512(a). As such, VPN Grass has a policy to promptly terminate, without notice, accounts of users determined by VPN Grass to be repeat infringers, defined as any end user of the VPN Grass services who has been notified of infringing transmission activities more than twice (“Repeat Infringer Policy”). Due to the transient nature of transmissions initiated by users of the VPN Grass service, it is generally not possible for VPN Grass to take down content from its system, but VPN Grass will use reasonable efforts to identify and enforce actions against offending parties in compliance with the Repeat Infringer Policy.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
